Pets Welcome at the Mermaid!
There are many walking trails to enjoy only minutes away from the motel, not to mention the lake and beach area across the road from the motel.

Pets are subject to additional pet charges of $8.00/night and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, inside and outside.

Noisy pets must not be left in the units unattended and should be kept on a leash while on motel grounds.		 Hot Springs

 

The Ainsworth Hot Springs Pools and Caves are unique to any other hot springs in the world, offering you panoramic views as you luxuriate in natural hot mineral Pools, Caves and Hot Tub temperatures ranging from 97°F to 115°F. (and hotter!).

The caves are completely natural, horse-shoe shaped, and waist deep. Cave temperatures can exceed 115°F, and the mineral formations inside provide you with a brilliant array of colours and shapes.

The invigorating Glacier Plunge, next to the caves and hot tub, provides you with an instant cool-down, before entering the larger outside Pool and Jacuzzi corner that have been cooled down to a comfortable 97°F for pleasurable year-round swimming.
